Olyss Return & Refund Policy

Compliant with Australian Consumer Law

We want you to feel confident with every Olyss purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help, in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
This policy helps us maintain strict hygiene standards, especially for earrings.

However, under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. If that’s the case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.


Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Exchanges are welcome for eligible items (customer covers return postage unless faulty).

Olyss does not issue refund for shipping fees.
