Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak times (sales or holidays), please allow a little extra time — we promise it’s worth the wait.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship via Australia Post or other trusted couriers, and every order comes with tracking.
International Shipping
We offer limited international shipping. Rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we take care to pack and ship your jewellery securely, Olyss is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by the shipping carrier. If you need help locating your order, contact us — we’ll assist where possible.
